Freezesare no longer only during cutscenes. I now also freeze during gameplay sometimes. It happens (cutscene or no) anywhere from 30 seconds into playing to 10-ish minutes, though usually only when I am sprinting to a different area. This leads me to believe it's an issue when loading some new assets.
Dont think it's possible. Best you can do is skip them. The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic. As far as I am also aware, there is no way to completely turn them off. However, you can easily skip them by pressing the spacebar. I believe there is a medication for ADHD.
