Took me a few tries to get it to work. They should moved into a scripts folder in the Gta v folder. Did you try dragging the map editor files out and putting it back in? That seemed to work me for me when I first installed it. If anything, check ur logs. It 'll tell you if your native ui or .dll loaded successfully or not. The next day i connected again to the same server only to find that the graphics would not load again but this time would take up to 10 minutes or more and even again it wasn’t fully loaded. After that i connected to a previous server that i was playing for the last 2 months only to find the same problem. I tried to clear the cache multiple

I tried to install some FiveM MLO's for the SinglePlayer with openIV. Apparently it didn't work because when I deleted the dlc packs again everything went back to normal.

While the game is running, open Task Manager by pressing CTRL+ALT+Delete keys. Navigate to the process tab, locate GTA, then right-click choose Details. In the Details tab, again right-click > Set priority > High. Once you have confirmed these settings, try to run the game again and see if the issue is resolved.
