hello again! After the write, sucefully!! , and erased all DTC's, still have the same errors (with ECU connected to EGR) and the car still in limp mode!: P1412 - EGR Valve Frozen. P0490 - Exhaust Gas Recirculation Control Circuit High. P042F - EGR Control Stuck Closed.
The reason for my DPF problems was (and still is!) short, cold journeys, it meant the DPF kept filling up quickly and trying to regen very frequently, this caused the glowplugs and EGR problems, and kept diluting the oil with diesel due to failing regens If you use yours 'properly' for a regular motorway commute or similar, it should be fine.
