KinectHeadTracker.zip file wherever you like and double click the KinectHeadtracker.exe executable. If all goes well you won't get any errors, you will see your face, rather egg shaped. There are some shortcut keys that sometimes work (the camera tilt is a bit flaky, need to press it many times, still not sure why). Couple of other things, consider how you’ll mount the Kinect. You basically need to be facing it and 3 or 6 feet back depending.
